- Department: Sales, Business Development & Strategy- Location: Thailand- Mainly responsible for the strategy and implementation of the acquiring and incubation activities for high value sellers, aiming to on-broad, grow, and ensure the success of Lazada Marketplace sellers
- Collaborate with FMCG Category Director/Junior Category Director to streamline our commercial’s strategy and deliver both strong and healthy growth in each sub-category
- Manage workflow, work process, and call script with sales agents for daily operation
- Able to coordinate with cross functional team to identify issues and follow up on solutions, help team to improve performance
- Research and understand market insight to determine industry and consumer trend under FMCG category in order to deliver a strategic planning and execution for FMCG seller hunting and incubation activities
- Monitor and improve the performance of the team in terms of productivity, ensure team KPIs as required
- Facilitate training session for all agents and participate in recruitment of new agents
- Conduct regular review of all call center agent’s performance and organize training sessions for under performers
- Submit regular tracking reports for performance update and daily outreach

**Job Requirements**
- 4-5 years of working experience in a management consulting, account management, sales team management
- Highly motivated willing to push or go extra mile to drive impact with high ownership
- Strong project management, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in leading a diverse team
- Fluent in Thai and proficiency in English
- Expertise in FMCG category management is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and data visualization skills, SQL would be a plus
