- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction:
- This role will be taking care of the LazLive Deal Hunting to get the best deals for live sessions across community including Sellers, KOLs, LazTalent and LazTalent Pop by offering them the livestreaming deal hunting solutions (Earn More, Enjoy More) for all presenters. Lazada’s tremendous growth, we are searching for dynamic, entrepreneurial, broad-minded to be part of our team. Join like-minded, motivated individuals in on your creativity as well as implement new initiatives within a nurturing environment**Responsibilities**:

To lead TH LazLive Deal Hunting process, in order to drive efficient promotions for all live sessions
To create a performance review of deal hunting part
To connect with the regional team to develop features to drive more competitive growth of LazLive
Work with Campaign team/ Commercial team/ Sellers to create and establish the processes, templates and toolsets that support business team to have successful live stream on deal hunting part.
- Manage and co-ordinate data gathering, analysis and reporting for key deliverables in the areas of planning, risk and issues, and livestream performance.
- Should have good analytical skills and eyes of detail, assess risk and opportunity thoroughly and understand cause & effect systems.
- Handle internal communications relating to platform campaigns.

**Job Requirements**

Experience in analytics, project management, consulting, or other related fields
Demonstrated project management skills and have strong PMO governance organization with a background in influencing multiple stakeholders
Sharp critical thinking, strong analytical and numerical skills
- Highly energetic and self-motivated
- Critical management skills - To manage general and technical issues and maintain good sentiment in the community.
