Unilever Future Leaders Program is the program to develop tomorrow's leaders today, and it designed to grow you into a manager, through hands-on learning with real responsibilities alongside world-class experts. The program includes rotations within functions in an accelerated learning environment. UFLP encompasses international stints, extended leadership contact, formal training & development, and a rigorous evaluation process. At **UFLP Sales Unilever Food Solutions**, you will be having an exposure getting hand in account management for wide range of channels ex. Modern Trade, International/Local Food Chains and HORECA. At each channel, it is a totally different world to meet our customers’ need; you can find yourselves being a frontline as a product ambassador as well as being a partner with customers working with Chef team to create new menu to sell across country. It requires a person to be able to have high interpersonal & communication skill, be able to tackle tough situations and self-motivated with a winning mindset. The experience doesn’t stop just that, you will need to explore across function to marketing field to complete commercial understanding and be versatile for any commercial path lie ahead in the future.
We are looking for a person who has a passion to win & build strong relationship with customers together with the key qualifications below.
- Thai nationality
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree in any related field, preferrable business study
- Fluent in local Thai and proficient in English
