Total Number of subordinate: 3-5 staffs
Report directly to Managing Director
1. Responsible for policy, procedures and work regulations development and implementation
2. In liaison with the management to maintain and review all requests made by other departments and approving them based on budget set by management
3. Organize company acitivity such as team building activity, company's dinner gathering, etc.
4. Design and implement office policies by establishing standards or procedures
5. Manage office environment and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
6. Develop and implement an HR Strategy, with support and aligns with the company's policy & value
7. Drive people activities and company culture to improve the overall employee engagement and key talent retention.
8. Supports HR & Admin staff to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action.

50,000 - 55,000 (THB)

experience
1. Male/Female. Age between 35-45 years old.
2. Master Degree's in Human Resources or related field
3. At least 3 years as HR & Admin Manager with experience managing subordinates and experienced about HRD (training and development)
4. Strong Leadership skills
5. Intermediate level of English
