- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire documentation
- Support employee data management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in processing payroll-related documentation and timekeeping records for employees.
- Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate HR-related communications and assist with creating and updating employee handbooks and policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for HR analytics, such as headcount, turnover, and performance data.
- Assist with administrative HR tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and preparing HR documentation.

**Requirements**:

- ** Educational Background**: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- ** Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees and HR team members.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency when handling employee data, documentation, and HR records.
- ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office**: Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining records.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- ** Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity.
- ** Positive Attitude**: Enthusiasm for working in HR, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, strong willingness to learn.
