**Who is the HR and Office Administrator?**

You are an organized and meticulous individual who is able to work independently to support the team in office administration and HR operational support.

You are at ease interacting and communicating with colleagues and stakeholders, but at the same time are discreet and keeps information confidential.

You will also oversee the smooth running of the office, and create an environment that is fun, warm, and comfortable for the team to work in.

Fluency in spoken and written English and Thai languages is necessary.

**Here’s what you can expect to do**:
**HR role**:

- Support interview arrangements
- Support and manage onboarding processes for new employees to ensure they are well settled.
- Administer employee benefits, including provident fund and medical and life insurance.
- Support monthly payroll reviews to ensure payroll items are accurate.
- Provide HR administrative service to employees following defined processes and policies.
- Identify and manage relationships with suitable NGO organisations for Asurion Thailand to partner with under the Compassion Forward umbrella.
- Take ownership in planning and execution of Employee Engagement events.
- Establish good relationship with the team and be the go-to person for HR matters and concerns.

**Office Management role**:

- Oversee the running of the office and ensure it is clean, safe, hygienic, and comfortable.
- Manage office and property contracts (coordinate with landlord on building management activities).
- Manage inventory of office stationeries and drinking water and beverages.
- Supervise office housekeeper in daily duties.
- Support travelling arrangements for the Retail team.
- Support with courier matters (sending/picking up cheque & invoices).
- Support Retail and Care teams with procuring rewards, gifts and merchandises.
- Check and verify expense claims reports in Concur system on weekly basis prior to payment.
- Manage air tickets booking for all managers and employees.
- Act as the key liaison contact person for regional visitors.
- Issue Purchase Orders for office fixed asset and IT equipment.
- Coordinate with internal audit on their annual audits and ensure all departments are aware and are ready to provide their respective support.

**Here’s what you’ll bring to the team**:

- A university degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR and office administration
- Excellent knowledge in Thailand payroll, provident fund, medical and life insurance management is a must
- Excellent command of English and Thai (written and spoken)
- Able to keep confidence and is discreet
- Organized and meticulous
- Takes initiative and enjoys helping others in a thoughtful and caring way
- Enjoys interaction with all levels
- Energetic and creative, open to new ideas
- Invests in self-development and interested in learning new things
