**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Establish and manage client relationships with brand or agencies, retain and grow revenue from advertisers, execute efficient marketing initiative and promotion.
- Analyse data and insights to execute the client strategy and marketing solutions.
- Create brand awareness and add value to customer through partnerships.
- Facilitate partners' ad campaigns from end to end, manage internal account operations.
- Identify short-term and long-term plan for all marketing partnership activities.
- Evaluate and identify current and future market trends.
- Ability to understand gaps and opportunities of business from cross function.
- Work with Marketing, Creative on campaign execution including creative brief, social media schedule, promotion generation and in app set up.
- Coordinate with partners to ensure accuracy of marketing deliverables.
- Responsible for partnership report performance and budgets
- Able to negotiate with partners, maintaine relationship with partners, drive partnership portfolio and achieve revenue targets
- Understanding our products, strategy, and able to work independently to achieve team goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics or related field. Master's is preferred
- At least 5 years' experience in marketing / partnership marketing
- Agency experience is highly preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Hands-on / executional approach
- Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task
- Thai national is preferred with fluency in English
