**About the Team**:

- As the KOL Affiliate Payment, you will manage the end-to-end payment process for local and overseas KOL partners, ensuring timely and accurate payments through online and offline methods. Collaborating with various teams, including SEA finance, Graphic Design, and Key Account Management, you'll facilitate effective communication and coordination. Monitoring Tax Invoice collection performance, preparing and reconciling ledgers and budgets, and addressing partner queries are integral aspects of your role. Additionally, you'll prepare pay-out reports for local tax filing on a routine basis- Execute end-to-end payment process for online and offline method for local/Overseas KOL partners
- Communicate effectively, collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including SEA finance, Graphic Design and Key Account Management
- Regularly monitor Tax Invoice collection performance to meet target collection rates
- Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets
- Provide clear answers and queries each partner may have along with affiliate Key Account Managers
- Prepare pay-out reports for local tax filing on a routine basis

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years working experience in marketing communications, or related roles
- Experienced with detailed operational work; customer service related experience would be a plus
- Strong project management, interpersonal, communication skills and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude
