**Job Description**:
Job Summary

To support the coaching and development of all Call Center Representatives. The Trainer will actively search, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate and enhance employee performance

**Job Description**:

- Create, design, and provide digital training of bank’s product & service to trainees to groom knowledge to agents, including newcomer program arrangement in class and top up skills to existing agents
- Close skill gaps, including arrange class to close skill gaps such as Service Manner or Frequently errors occurred within operation team
- Develop or initiate new training methodology: build up content to make a video training to support in class, including plan and implement training activities and digital training roadmap to improve customer experience
- Agent performance report: fill out performance report with complete & recommendation to weakness agents and action plan
- Training record management: update training record after class finished
- Up to date knowledge: update training materials and test if any changes
- Perform and support service activities and any other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience Call Center
- Ability to consults with senior peers and management on complex issues to learn through experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any or related fields
- Advance presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. Strong training program design experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the bank’s products, services, and business operations
- Experienced in basic social media execution (eg: posting, scheduling, preparing proposals & reports)
- Strong interpersonal skill and ability to build lasting relationship align with service culture
- Willing to learn and fast learner, active on social media, updated on current trends
