Learning & Development Officer (Training)

**Job Summary**

Learning & Development Officer who will assist the Learning & Development Manager in developing the competencies of individual employees by organizing training programs that will enhance employee performance in alignment with the company's core values.

The main duties are performing training needs assessments, designing, and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training interventions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Survey and consolidate the employee training needs and analyze the skill areas for development in the holistic and develop the annual training roadmap and methodology
- Conduct and manage the production of training class both virtual and classroom e.g., handouts٫ instructional materials٫ Advertisement media and monitor learning sessions quality results and organize and manage the on-boarding process for new hires to ensure that they have a good first experience with the organization and their position.
- Support the Employee Engagement Survey program and work with related parties to implement programs/initiatives to improve our employee experience and increase overall engagement
- Coordinate with manager to design, plan, organize and execute company-wide employee activities and events to enhance employee experience and working environment and embed our company values.
- In charge of the administrative document submissions, e.g. DSI, internal & external audit. Finance etc.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master's degree in HROD, Psychology, Business administration or related field
- 3+ years' experience of working on a Training Specialist position
- Good experience of providing complete full training cycle٫ assessing needs٫ plan٫ develop٫ coordinate٫ monitor and evaluate
- Significant experience in designing multiple training and employee events in a corporate setting
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
- Good creative thinking, planning & organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Strong report writing and record keeping abilities
- Excellent ability to plan٫ multi-task and manage time effectively
