- งานตามสัญญาจ้าง รายเดือน/รายปี- 2 - 7 ปี- กทม. (บางรัก)- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- 30,000 - 50,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Coordinate and administrative duties related to the deliver of training and organization development programs.- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team and other related.- Create, review, print, and disseminate training materials to be used in training
- Prepare reports on training activities and results with timely mannr
- Schedule and conduct meetings with management to proactively identify topics to be address or areas in need of additional instruction
- Prepare classroom and keep them properly set up
- Operate training platforms and learning system
- Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices
- Research curriculum actively and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors
- Seek and gather information from management, learners, and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve
- Being a point of contact for Trainers, participants and vendors
- Ensure the maximum effectiveness conduct and coordinates onboarding training programs session
- Understand and stay current with company processes and procedure
- Create an open-communication climate and gather team members’ preferences for potential training
- Stay up to date with employee development trends
- Assist Training Manager to identify best practices for training functionality and process improvement

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management or related
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Databases, Learning Management Software
- Good Command of English
- Minimum 2 years experienced in Training Assist/ Administration/ Coordinator
- Experience providing full-scope training materials, from analyzing company needs to lesson planning, development, and implementation
- Strong in coordination and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, Time Management, Able to multitasks, Problem-solving, Able to work under pressure

**Remark**
- This is a contract position with Manpower for 1 year (renewable and considered for salary increase every contract year)
- Work schedule: Mon
- Fri/ 8.00 - 17.00
