Create/implement marketing and promotion campaign.
Implement the pricing strategy/policy/discounts.
Business Expansion / Business Development.
Work on New business expansion plan with profitable deal with fact base.
Ensure smooth conversation for new acquisition.
Collaborate with cross functional team to support acquisition.
Constant Competitor activity feedback to maintain a competitive advantage (making decision).
Identify new business opportunities in market and strategic planning on acquiring process.
Coordinate with cross functional team for new account acquisition process and leverage PepsiCo properties to build profitable deal.
Plan on post-mix machine with efficiency usage and work with MEM to ensure smooth conversation of new customers.
Work with legal team to develop contract and complete the process of signing on time.
Take care of new customer at least 6 months per assigned in order to ensure we can deliver service to customer per commiting during pitching and ensure smooth transition to KAM/.KAE.
Experience Required.
Bachelor s Degree on marketing or related field.
Good command of English and Thai communication.
Competent in selling & negotiation skill.

**Ability to operate Microsoft office tools**: Word, Excel, Power Point. Excel expertise is preferable.
Enthusiastic and result oriented.
Minimum of 5 years experience in key account management.

**Job skills required**: Excel, English, Microsoft Office, Negotiation, Thai
