WHAT WE OFFER

Major Tasks & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement specific strategies for all relevant Japanese OEM transplants in ASEAN countries in cooperation with EP industry heads, ASEAN country sales heads and respective SAM /KAM to meet the short and mid-term business objectives for Japanese transplants in line with EP ASEAN strategy.

2. Build up the business relationship with Japanese OEM/tier transplants in ASEAN countries in order to identify the key Japanese OEM/tier’s strategy in ASEAN as well as to capture business opportunities

3. Facilitate information exchange EP internally between ASEAN, Japan, regional headquarter and other APAC countries. Being the bridge between ASEAN team and Japanese team. Co-own Japanese transplant business in ASEAN, challenge both local ASEAN teams and Japanese country teams identify and develop additional Japanese transplant business.

5. Ensure efficient flow of market information and business reports to department Head.

6. Support country sales team on marketing activities when requested.

Value Added

1. Sales target; budget volume, turnover and margin.

2. Marketing; market survey, initiate and realize new project with new customer

3. Business monitoring; forecast accuracy, credit/inventory management.

4. Reporting; monthly report, industry, competitor, price trend and etc. utilizing C4C system.

5. Internal communication improvement; SAM/GAM and etc.

6. Expand customer ASEAN obtain new projects/sales opportunities.

7. Ensure sales growth from the Transplants. Contribution context: this position is report to head of MOB ASEAN and CR. The sales colleagues sitting in 5 different countries also functionally report to this position for all Japanese transplant related business.

Internal: PCS APAC Industry Head, CR, Segment Account Manager (SAM), Global Account Manager (GAM), Key Account Manager (KAM), Sales, Industrial Marketing (IM), SC&L, Production & Technology (PT), Production Development (PD), Application Development (PD)

**Qualifications**:
Education

Bachelor degree or above

Skills & Experiences

1. Experiences in Sales and marketing experiences preferably in same or relevant industry

2. Fluency in spoken / written English and Japanese.

3. Creativity/Initiative and implement of sales strategies and plan

5. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels internally and externally

6. Can stand under strong pressure and conflict.
