**Digital Marketing Lead, ASEAN**:
- Remote Eligible: Remote in Country- Onsite Location(s): Bangkok, TH**Purpose Statement**
Boston Scientific APAC is seeking out an accomplished digital marketing professional to implement and effectively advance BSC’s data-driven marketing capabilities on Boston Scientific’s Educare (holistic HCP Education platform), and Sales Enablement Platform to enable Omnichannel capability.
- Who You Are_:_ As digital marketing Lead you bring an innovative mindset to your work, along with the strong ability to nimbly adapt to changing business conditions/plans while simultaneously continuing to be proactive and drive projects to completion. You have strong organizational influencing skills, including the ability to educate cross-functional stakeholder teams on the value of digital marketing solutions and other technology-focused capabilities that support business unit marketing objectives.
- The Opportunity:_ _With strong collaboration with APAC product owners of Educare, Sales Enablement, and digital ecosystem, you will co-develop and implement innovative Educare and sales enablement strategies for business divisions and support key data integrations (aligned to overarching business and franchise objectives across divisions, in collaboration with Marketing Managers, Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, Sales Capability Leaders, Sales Operations, Corporate Marketing Automation, and other stakeholders). You will be responsible for the execution of these strategies in close partnership with IT, securing and managing development resources that will create digital marketing capabilities within Salesforce and other technologies in BSC’s tech stack.
This position is based out of Thailand with a focus on ASEAN markets for expansion of Educare and Sales Enablement platform implementation which align with the APAC Digital Centre of Excellence Strategic Plan. This role will report to the Digital IT Lead in APAC.
- Support Commercial leaders in ASEAN to define customer-centric digital marketing strategy and implementation in ASEAN in line with Boston Scientific’s commercial efforts and to digitize our business, with emphasis on Educare and Sales Enablement.
- Develop implementation road map for Omnichannel capability leveraging on existing Educare, Sales Enablement platform, and digital ecosystem with strong collaboration with respective Product Owners and marketing organization.
- Lead the execution of cutting-edge digital sales enablement solution capabilities and Educare programs from pilot to execution to drive growth and revenue.
- Co-develop protocol/procedures for scaling and complimenting high-impact integrated digital solutions across ASEAN markets in line with Boston Scientific’s commercial priorities that deliver at or above agreed-upon targets for Boston Scientific’s businesses.
- Partner with respective product owners to drive collaboration with 3rd party provider(s), to enhance existing features and add new features to existing platforms to enhance HCP, sales teams, and marketing team experiences which fit with Boston Scientific’s business strategies.
- Work with design and development agencies and divisional marketing/sales team members to create and curate edetailing content to meet local market requirements.
- Work with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community, and Service Cloud teams at country, regional and global levels to drive sales enablement and Educare platform integration, develop and evolve platform insights dashboards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to mine insights and close the marketing/sales loop with in-country teams to refine existing processes.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams at the country, region, and globe to define country-specific HCP Education and digital sales enablement requirements, stakeholder management, and legal compliance reviews and approvals.
- Implement Educare and sales enablement product/therapy roll-out plans and collaborate with change management teams for country-specific executions.
- Influence various functions and levels within the organization with strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.
- Be a support contact for ongoing vendor relationships.
- Manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work for both digital strategy and implementation.
- Play a thought leader role by sharing knowledge and best practices within the organization
- Partner with in-house Omni-channel business analyst, Salesforce specialists, Mobile App platform developers, Website platform developers and content and Mixed Reality platform specialist
**Required qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7 yrs+ work experience driving/influencing new strategic digital processes with regional/local stakeholders.
