Department Business Development and Partnerships- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- ** Ensure parcel shops are running smoothly seven days a week and improve the standard of drop off business.**:

- ** Setting clear KPIs and evaluating measurable targets that are related to overall shop operation (manpower, operations,commercial, etc).**:

- ** Setting up new processes and initiating projects related to parcel shops as necessary.**:

- ** Analysis parcel shops KPI including operation and commercial analysis.**:

- ** Keeping track of all ongoing initiatives and KPIs performance.**:

- ** Manage the workload/capability of the team, and proactively adjusting work scope to increase output of the overall team while providing sufficient challenge for team’s growth**:

- ** Coordinate with Area manager, and other internal teams to increase shop operation performance.**

**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor's degree**:

- ** Experienced team leader with a passion for leading teams.**:

- ** Experienced in the logistics industry, especially Express business is a must.**:

- ** Ability to lead and work as team lead, a more positive and enhanced productivity.**:

- ** Ability to facilitate communication and motivate teams to achieve their goals.**:

- ** Can-do attitude, able to work in a dynamic work environment' and 'deliver quality work by set deadline**:

- ** Good attitude, logical thinking and strong analytical and problem solving skill
