DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - ** Plan the route for receiving parcels from the store to suit the area. so that drivers can receive parcels efficiently**:

- ** Assess the delivery situation to prepare the driver to pick up the goods with the seller**:

- ** Coordinate with drivers to pick up product to take care of and solve problems in receiving the product**:

- ** Forecast the number of vehicles that must be used to receive parcels sufficient for the operation.**:

- ** Summarize results and make daily reports. To report the performance of each day that the driver works**:

- ** Coordinate with the customer to take care and solve problems issues that are beyond the scope of the decision.**:

- ** Liaise with the Subcontractor in procuring a truck to pick up parcels. and control the efficiency to be in the standard of the company**:

- ** Check the lost parcel from the driver If found to be the driver's fault and carry out disciplinary action**

**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor's degree or above, no specific field required.**:

- ** Excellent in communication, negotiating, problem-solving and coordination with other teams**:

- ** Have knowledge in GBKK and UPC route**:

- ** Basic Microsoft Office/Google G-Suite is required (Especially, Excel and Google Sheet)**:

- ** Experience in the logistics industry, especially Express business is a plus**:

- ** Can-do attitude, Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment**:

- ** Be able to work 6 days per week. Flexible in working days
