Our marketing team is focused relentlessly on creating value for consumers, publishers and payment providers, using relevant messages which help customers to discover, learn about and use our growing portfolio of innovative products designed to enable digital commerce. You will need a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset, working cross functionally with our commercial, acquisition, retention, partner marketing, product operations, data science, product, and finance teams to deliver outstanding marketing programs and customer experiences in Malaysia/Thailand.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Codashop Website**: Own and oversee the overall website experience for Codashop Malaysia/Thailand, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to continually improve our customer experience, improve conversion rates, and increase customer lifetime value.
- ** Metrics and Analytics**:Establish KPIs and track and improve the performance of our website and O&O marketing channels. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team to inform decision-making.
- ** Product Marketing**: help customers to learn about our latest and greatest product offerings, including titles, SKUs, unique content, offers and promotions, payment channels, and new features like loyalty programs or Codacash.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- ** Content Creation**: Collaborate with the Brand and Design team to create compelling marketing content such as creative writing, image assets, landing pages, videos, and case studies to promote our products and services.
- ** Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally within different verticals, such as global partnerships, acquisition, retention, partnerships marketing, product operations, data science, product, and finance teams to deliver growth in revenue and gross profit.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical mindset and a track record of using data insights to drive growth programs.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Team player with the ability to work across a matrixed, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Familiarity with Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Workspace products.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in finance technology and/or ecommerce preferred.
