**Job Description**:
- Managing the contractual relationships with IT infrastructure service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for availability and incident and problem resolution, and improving supplier performance.
- Leading service centers (CDS) and ensuring that resources are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate.
- Monitoring the action plan for proposed improvements by service providers and ensuring that the documentation of processes and procedures is accurate and up-to-date.
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing initiatives to optimize relationships between service provider teams and internal teams, as well as improve synergies between service centers.
- Coordinating teams across the organization to provide effective service and ensuring that the service provider's scope of work is clearly defined and understood.
- Ensuring consistent and effective communication and collaboration between service provider teams and internal teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with service providers and internal teams.
- Being proactive and taking ownership of issues, identifying areas for improvement and proposing initiatives to optimize relationships between service provider teams and internal teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in in business management, computer engineering, or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Certifications ITIL
- Fluent English communication skills
- High level of expertise in IT infrastructure management
- Supplier relationship management
- Contract management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Multiple cultural working experience
Additional Information
- This position is based in Bangkok reporting to management in France
