Service Center Manager

StoreLine system / RPM / RMS / RMR.

Key Responsibility.
Responsible on Service awareness projects by gathering service data and produce reports, documents, processes, and activities to promote customer focus and improve service standards and create a warm and friendly atmosphere for HO team and stores.
Work as operation call center to accept phone call from stores regarding opened issue logs.
Call stores to ensure issue logs completely solved and closed.
Record received call details and summarize call report on a daily basis.
Work as service desk operator to review quality of issue log closure note.
Able to give advice to HO responsible team on quality of log closure note.
Continuous improve quality of log answered by responsible team.
Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
Qualifications.
Bachelors Degree in related field.
Have experience 3-5 years in store operation improvement / Call Center / SRD / Supply Chain / Commercial.
Communication skills.
Presentation skills.
Good service mind.
MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
StoreLine system / RPM / RMS / RMR.
Lotus's.
Ek-Chai Distribution System Co., Ltd.
