- 【Responsibility】
- Service Desk Manager provides leadership, management and strategic vision for the data center daily operations.
- Responsible for ensuring the provision with high level service operations, service management,buildings and facilities management and security management.
- Responsible for ensuring all requirements relating to safety, health, environment and quality are being fully implemented in line with relevant regulation and Tele house Standards.
- Responsible for the day-to-day customer’s service management, and maintain of all infrastructures.
- Responsible for establishment to remotely handling service procedure or manuals for customer support.
- Responsible for the establishment to the data center operation procedure, maintenance procedure and preventive measure in order to preserve good condition of the premises and all equipment or environment in data center.
- Responsibly for performing fixing building issues in timely manner.
- Overseeing the performance of various KPIs, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement of services to enable contribution to the success of the entire business.
- Any other duties reasonably associated with this position
- ** Requirement**:
- 【Must】
- Male or Female, Thai national, Age 27 years old up
- Degree in electrical engineer or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field
‐ Have experience in building/facility management or any related fields
- Good command of English
