Job Detail
1 Control and regulate the placement of POSM/POP nationwide. Inspect store displays nationwide, check and oversee the company's equipment. Control the operations of each individual TMS to align them in the same direction. Manage basic display operations.
2 Update store data systems with accurate POP information every month. Update tax information and annual expenses.
3 Manage and plan nationwide TMS operations to align with departmental goals each year. Provide knowledge and foster a positive attitude towards TMS in every month. Conduct training for TMS to enhance their skills for on-site work. In the case of new TMS, organize training before deployment. Analyze and resolve work issues for successful outcomes. Plan databases for various media changes each quarter. Calculate breakeven points for hiring displays in each area and utilize them in the field.
4 Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate TMS operations monthly, informing RGM and Trade Marketing Manager. Track project results to ensure timely completion.
5 Follow up and coordinate with the areas, updating TMS work and related data. Contact and negotiate with local tax authorities (in some cases). Collaborate with suppliers and control manufacturing prices in the area.

1 Any gender, 25-30 years old.
2 Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
3 Experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Management, Account Management for Modern Trade (MT) and Traditional Trade (TT)
4 Fluency in Chinese or English communication is preferred.
5 Strong communication skills and agility.
6 Proficient in computer usage.
7 Ability to work well under pressure.
8 Capable of working outside regular working hours.
9 Organized and good at planning.
10 Immediate availability for work will be highly preferred
