Our client is a leading global provider of healthcare provider. This company is comprised of professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing their Nutrition to their customers.
A Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies specifically focused on increasing product visibility, sales, and market share within the trade or distribution channel.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with senior management to create trade marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
- Identifying and segmenting the trade or distribution channel to tailor marketing strategies for different customer groups according to channel segmentation and target.
- Developing specific strategies to target distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other trade partners.
- Developing and executing promotional and marketing campaigns aimed at increasing product visibility and sales within the trade channel.
- Coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote the company's products.
- Working closely with the sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and provide them with the necessary tools and materials.
- Providing sales teams with market insights and competitive intelligence to support their efforts.
- Creating and managing the production of trade-specific marketing materials, including product literature, sales aids, and promotional collateral.
- Ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Managing the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitoring expenses and ROI of trade marketing activities.
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, using data and KPIs to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmaceutical, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in trade marketing or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or consumer industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team in an MNC environment.
