**Salary Range**: THB 720.000 - 840.000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

**OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE**
As a Staffing Manager at JUMP Foundation, you'll play a vital role in building and nurturing our team of dedicated professionals. You'll oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our Short-Term Staff (STS) network, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences to our participants.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Contract Staff Onboarding**: Coordinate the onboarding process for new contract staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive 12-month JUMP Training Academy calendar to enhance the skills and knowledge of our contract staff network.
- **Performance Assessment and Quality Control**: Establish and maintain performance assessment and quality control measures to ensure our field staff are delivering high-quality services.
- **Network Management**: Manage our network of 200+ short-term contractors during seasonal program cycles, ensuring efficient staffing allocations and contract generation.
- **Staffing Allocations and Contract Generation**: Assign contract staff to programs based on their skills and availability, generating necessary contracts and documentation.
- **Community Management**: Foster a positive and supportive community among our contract staff network, organizing events and activities to enhance engagement and morale.
- **Event Planning**: Coordinate key team and organization events, such as our annual gathering, to strengthen team cohesion and company culture.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Management, preferably within a non-profit or educational organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural startup environment.
- Proficient using Google Drive and HR management systems (Bamboo HR, Asana, Box Drive).
- High degree of empathy and ability to hold space for multiple lines of communication with contract team members.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in Thai language (reading, writing, and speaking) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in human resources or project management.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
