As a HR Business Partner, you are responsible to execute the end-to end HR Operational processes and services activities for the assigned office(s). You need to work closely with internal stakeholders in the areas of manpower planning, remuneration and reward management, performance management as well as employee relations. You will also be the point of contact for our employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare the people cost reports including forecasting, budgeting, Sales incentives, monthly payroll related reports and government funding/ incentives reports
- Submit mandatory reports/ survey, government funding claims and salary survey
- Work closely with external HR payroll vendors/ consultants
- Review and update employment handbook, policies when needed
- Support internal and audits on HR function
- Provide professional HR advice or solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Review and negotiate with insurance vendors on employee related insurances.
- Organize and maintain auditable records of employee lifecycle
- Work with the HRPB to look at overall HR operational excellence and recommend improvements to streamline processes.
- Be a key team player to deliver a best-in-class employee experience
- Manage and lead HR Specialist
- Manage the recruitment process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Support the annual salary review exercise, performance management process, salary benchmarking and other HR exercise
- As an integral member of the regional HR team, develop and support various projects including but not limited to learning & development, people retention and employee engagement
- Develop and review HR policies and procedures and design the best practice to comply with regulations
- To handle all human resources related ad-hoc works/ project as required
Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines;
- Minimum eight years’ relevant experience, of which four years in a similar position, preferably gained in an MNC
- Good knowledge of Thai labour legislation and employment agreements and ability to learn notions of other ASEAN countries' employment legislations and practices
- A good understanding of employment legislation in SEA countries will be added advantage
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across different business functions and levels
- Knowledge of payroll process & principle and hands-on payroll management experiences
- Good problem-solving, analytical, reasoning and motivating capabilities
- Independent and highly organized
- Sound experience on HRIS, Workday preferable
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Superior attention to detail
- Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality
- Ability to deal with changing priorities and challenges
- High ethical standards and positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
