Brand Trade Activator

**Business Objective Delivery**

Brand Trade Activator (BTA) is primarily responsible for developing and growing Kimberly-Clark’s Consumer Sales business across specific category to achieve volume and profit objectives. The incumbent's tasks are developing, executing & reviewing category/ channels strategies, budget planning and developing category promotions.

The position holder conducts/manages the following activities for his/her respective category: Category Plan/ Guidelines, Promotion Plan/Guideline, Trade Communication Plan and Trade Promotion Funds Management

**Main Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update market information, analyze and report sales performance for an effective planning and decision making to reach outstanding target and other business objectives.
- Budget and Target Utilizing the full suite of business tools & reports and external resources (e.g. Nielsen and Dunnhumby) for efficient monitoring & analysis of business results and Trade Promotional Investment to achieve maximum volume returns for responsible category.
- Provide inputs on establishment of Budgets and Targets on responsible category. Monitor progress against category objectives, highlight risk and opportunities at macro level. Monitor Trade Fund Budget. Provide country demand forecast as well as communicate variations to plan and participate in developing long term demand forecast of responsible category. Assist in delivering Category Operating Profit targets.
- ** Strategic Business Planning** - Develop Category Plan aligned with Marketing Plan to ensure achievement of Market Share objectives and support delivering Sales Volume
- ** Promotions **- Develop and evaluate national & category-specific promotions. Monitor Trade Funds for responsible product categories and jointly responsible for periodic review of Trade Promotion budget.
- ** Merchandising** - Develop and evaluate Merchandising guidelines including target planogram per trade type, provide inputs on merchandising guidelines execution for all categories.
- ** Business Planning and Review** - Actively participate in Budget Planning Process, develop and review Category Plan and POP materials/initiatives. Provide inputs in the development and maintenance of Category Review session.
- ** Trade Pricing** - Directionally responsible in developing trade pricing strategy (with appropriate trade competitive response plans) in alignment with Category and Marketing Plans. Monitor competitive price actions plan and recommend changes as appropriate.
- Ensure active participation /coordination with supporting functions i.e. Supply Chain, Finance, and etc.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Business Administration, or any related fields.
- 4-5 years of Trade Marketing experience in consumer goods industry
- Strong financial and analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of analytical tools (eg. Nielsen, Dunnhumby).
- Strategic thinking, self-starter, passion to win and excellent execution.
- Strong collaborative, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to work within and cross functions.
- Personable and convincing in relationships with Customers.
