Brand Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and promote the company's brand identity.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience preferences, market trends, and competitors' branding activities.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and tone of voice, and ensure adherence to these guidelines across all communication materials.
- Create and manage brand messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaigns and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute branding projects and campaigns, including budget management and timeline adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, market research techniques, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English, with the ability to craft compelling brand messaging and present ideas effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including social media, content marketing, and SEO, is highly desirable.
