**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Management**:
You will liaise with logistics partners to manage costs and execute international shipments, imports, and door-to-door deliveries, ensuring that goods are delivered to various global locations in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- **Project Planning & Execution**:
Your responsibility includes planning and executing rollouts for our digital signage and music streaming services in Thailand, Southeast Asia, and globally, while collaborating with installation partners worldwide to ensure smooth execution.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**:
You will work closely with sourcing partners to manage the manufacturing of goods, ensuring an efficient supply chain, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal operational system records.
- **Supplier Relations**:
You will discuss and negotiate terms with suppliers, particularly in Digital Signage and LED, to secure favorable terms and conditions that align with company goals.
- **Training & Support**:
You will conduct training sessions for international partners on our Digital Signage software and installation SOPs, providing ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to meet our standards.
- **Timeline & Rollout Management**:
You will be responsible for planning and presenting installation timelines to Business Development and Management teams, as well as developing and presenting rollout plans and timelines to various stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- **Client Liaison**:
You will communicate and coordinate with retail clients regarding their readiness for hardware and software installations, ensuring client expectations are met and addressing any issues that arise during the installation process.
- **Operational Efficiency**:
You will ensure that installations are completed and documented in our back-end systems. Additionally, you will implement new operational efficiencies with the rollout team as designed by the Head of Business Innovation, and oversee the handover to the support team, ensuring that all documentation and communication are complete.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in planning and executing complex operational projects.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English is required.
- Basic understanding of logistics is essential.
