**Teambuilding**: build, drive and develop the teams according to the highest standards of the industry.
**Collection content**: develop efficient collection content adjusted to the country specific within Grab's general policies. Improve policies and documents needed.
Build reliable, trusty and long-term relations with assigned customers.
Negotiate & motivate customers to carry out their loan's obligations.
Provide an up to date information to customers about their current debt and channels of repayment.
Follow up with customers who did not fulfill their promises to pay.
Establish repayment schedules based on customers' financial situations.
Fulfil the KPI's established by Collection managers.
Provide high-quality customer service for delinquent clients based on best practices.
In control of Debt collection regulation Act.
Working closely with Collections and Operations team in term of process improvement.
**Collections Training**: Debt collection Act, BOT regulation, Negotiation skill, Onboarding New Hire, etc.
The Must-Haves Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, statistics, economics or any other relevant education.
Min 5 years of experience in collections/credit operations in consumer finance/banking.
Excellent people management, leadership and mentoring skills.
Experience in working with collection and contact centre software, ability to test it.
Strong business partnering skills.
Good communication skills in verbal, written and presentation.
Good command of English and Local language.
Basic understanding of the local financial regulatory environment, compliance and customer due diligence process.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
A lateral thinker and creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Fin-Tech or Retails Credit experience.
