**What you will do**:

- Lead execution of end-to-end repayment and collections processes (e.g. on-going monitoring, restructuring, delinquency & default management, site visits for delinquent loans, etc.)
- Lead team management responsibilities for Collections teams (including hiring, training, performance management)
- Lead the design, review and implementation of collection, restructuring and provisioning processes in line with credit & collection policies & procedures (working closely with Sales, Operations, Legal / Compliance and Finance teams)
- Prepare regular updates on the overall portfolio and improvement plans to the respective credit approval teams and risk committees
- Work closely with our Product & Data team to develop and refine dashboards and portfolio analytics to enable us to make better credit and collections decisions
- Work closely with external legal counsel and collection agencies
- Drive legal processes along with credit and legal team to pursue recoveries for delinquent loans

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 6 years experience in collections with at least 2 years in SME/Corporate collections
- Experience in leading collections teams and working on provisioning and ECL matters
- Experience with credit risk policies and legal processes for delinquent loans
- Good commercial judgment to strike a balance between risk and return
- An analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
- A confident and enthusiastic attitude that works well in a dynamic and fast paced environment

**You will shine in this role if you are/have**:

- Worked in fintech or digital / alternative lending will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in using SAS, SQL, MS Office, Rule engine, preferred
