Scope of Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with aesthetic customers to ensure high customer satisfaction with Galderma Aesthetic products
- Provide clinical education to strengthen both internal and external stakeholder’s clinical competence and confidence in the safety and efficacy of Aesthetics Portfolio
- Demonstrate clinical proficiency by providing comprehensive educational in-services on the use of Galderma products to an assigned duty of healthcare practitioners and relevant staff
- Execute clinical education programs and initiatives to support the knowledge and understanding of Galderma Aesthetics portfolio
- Conduct training and quiz on a monthly basis including sterilization process and ensure that sales team can do Aesthetic Facilitate on a basic requirement
- Being a contact point for complication management starting from guiding on pretreatment, follow up the result and coordinate with doctor to refer to the hospital if needed.
- Collaborate and work closely with team to ensure respective team's cohesive working relationships, adherence to compliance and desired outcomes
- Manage planning and execution of customer clinical educational program
- Attend and support every aesthetic conference, workshop, in house, roadshow to network and develop strong relationships with their peers, including up and coming thought leaders
- Actively participate in clinical trainings to ensure the highest level of clinical knowledge in all aspects of the aging process
- Obtain all medical report per business, corporate rules and compliance regulations
- Participate in training events, workshops and labs as required for continuing education activities
- Collaborate among internal stakeholders to set up the training program to align with the strategic plan

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- At least 3-5 years sales experience in Healthcare or medical Aesthetic field
- Proven expertise in aesthetics medicine
- Proven ability to establish clinical credibility with professional audience and articulate clinical facts
- Strong procedural, technical and anatomical competency of injection technique for facial aesthetic injectable procedures
- Strong business experience, including problem solving, solid decision making, coaching skills
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills
- Result oriented: drive for success and achieving objectives.
