They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our range of aesthetic medical products.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the aesthetic medical industry.
- Leading, motivating, and coaching the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Identifying and prioritising target markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborating with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitoring sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Providing feedback, guidance, and support to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and productivity.
- Staying informed about industry developments, regulatory requirements, and market trends to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and expand business opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the aesthetic medical industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Deep understanding of the aesthetic medical market, including knowledge of products, competitors, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and support sales activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
