**Position Overview**

RecruitGo is in search of a Business Development Coordinator who will be working with our client based in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing itineraries for clients, hosting and facilitating meetings, recording meeting minutes and summaries, company sourcing in Thailand for Singapore-based clients, drafting business reports and proposals in English, handling administrative tasks, drafting employment contracts and resumes, and completing ad hoc assignments as needed

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English, offering translation and interpretation skills. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and excellent organizational abilities. Comfortable with remote work, willing to attend client meetings as needed. Culturally sensitive and adaptable. Can draft simple business proposals using templates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execution of itineraries for clients
- Host and facilitate meetings
- Jotting down meeting minutes and summaries.
- Company sourcing in Thailand for our Singapore-based clients
- Drafting up business reports and proposals in English
- Administrative task
- Drafting of employment contracts
- Drafting up resumes
- ad hoc task given

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in Thai and English, written and spoken.
- Meeting coordination experiences
- Translation or interpretation skills between Thai and English
- language.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management as this role is Remote work with some requirements to sit in clients' meetings as arranged.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Able to draft simple business proposals with a given template.
