**Business Sales Support Executive (Food & Beverages), Thailand**:
- As this is an critical position to support out Account Managers and business growth ambitions across Thailand, you will be responsible for the business support extension to our local account management team as well as working closely with cross functional teams in Marketing, Technical etc. You will also be accountable in supporting sales team with product registrations and documentations, working together with Regulatory as well as QA/QC teams. You will report directly into Sales Manager/Country Director.**The Position**:
- Handle Project System and create Samples for Account Managers
- Support Account Managers with Sample arrangement and deliveries
- Track sample deliveries and follow up on required documents for the samples
- Maintain a log of samples given
- Co-ordinate product documents and registration with relevant stakeholders
- Handle ERP systems and product database to generated specific documents
- Liaise with internal departments in getting relevant information within Service Level Commitment to our customers.
- Liaise with customers on document submissions and needs for Key Accounts together with Account Managers
- Maintain Pipeline overview and Win report
- Collaborate with Project Management, Technical and Sales team to build Monthly pipeline report and win report.
- Fresh Graduate in either Business or Technical Degree (Food Technology) are welcome to apply.
- Ability to translate and explain abstract data and insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Computer literacy with competence in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to learn, adapt and executive new IT systems
- Exposure to Project Management and Process Management will be an added advantage.
