**About the Role**

Sales & Onboarding Managers are responsible for the efficient and effective onboarding of Moove drivers. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new leads, managing the pipeline, converting successful drivers and ensuring they have a best in class vehicle pick up experience.

**What You’ll be Doing**
- Build the team to deliver best in class, in-person support to our drivers the customer acquisition and onboarding stages of their lifecycle
- Walk drivers through onboarding process and all of the tools to be successful
- Ensure all KYC standards are upheld
- Build and leverage local tools and CRM systems to ensure effective funnel management
- Work with our Platform partner to ensure an efficient experience
- Manage driver referral and incentive schemes.
- Ensure high conversion, contact, and low churn rates

**What You will need for this position**
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field such as sales, marketing, operations or any related fields.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales/ account management or less if you are an overachiever (prove it)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
- Experience in using CRM systems
- Experience in managing high performance Sales or Account Management teams
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with others at all levels of the organisation and externally.
- Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Who You'll Be Working with**:
Directly reporting to our Regional General Manager, and closely working with our Operations Team.
