Company Description

The Service Office for Syntegon Technology in ASEAN and the Pacific Region is located in the Interlink Tower in Bangkok. We are responsible for the after-sales service requirements of customers with Syntegon equipment in our region. As a quality service provider our priority is building long term relationships with customers and sharing best practices to encompass the wide-ranging demands of the food and pharmaceutical industries

**Job Description**:
1. Responsible for sales activities of service in India.

2.Promote service products (spare part, service, and upgrade/modernization) to achieve sales goals, commercial responsibility from offer, clear order, TNS, and collection of overdue receivables.

3.Work closely with customer service team within department to deliver part & services on timely manner. Align and exchange with new-machine ASMs.

4.Coordinate and steer Agents in the region; target-setting and -monitoring, definition and tracking of measures. In areas without Agents target-setting and measure
- definition/-monitoring.

5.Build/ maintain close relationship with customers and Agents. Customer visits for technical / sales discussion and promote service products.

6.Cooperation with manufacturing sites for all required support and project delivery.

7.Understand the technical requirements regarding Service of our customers and offer solutions together with the manufacturing plants

**Qualifications**:
1.Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or related fields.

2.Minimum 3-5 years working experience in international sale in ASIAN region
- Experience in technical sale, automation, system solution. Preferably, machinery industry or technical industrial product. Experience working in multinational company. Experience in Pharma machinery and processing is highly preferred.

3.Fluent in English.

4.Experience in SAP.

5.Good commercial background in international business.
- Understand service business, problem solving attitude, responsiveness
- Customer orientation, service minded and high self-leadership skill
- Willingness and basis to understand technical requirements and technology
- Know GMP, IQ/OQ, FDA Standard
