Meet allocated sales targets by engaging with customers through different channels, determining the specific needs of the prospect, promoting the company's freight forwarding service to develop and acquire new business opportunities.
- Handle customers' enquiries related to on-boarding and sales operation process as well as managing customer relationships to deliver customer experience.
- Coordinate all commercial activities of a defined vertical group of customers with the customer service team, in line with the company's short
- and long-term results & targets.
- Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present to the company and its products and services.
- Account Management - own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation and engaging with customers and creating a positive customer excellence.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build

relationships with potential clients.

**What We're Looking for**:

- Sales or business development experience with solid background in the international freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Good understanding of international trade regulations, local/foreign customs, and

logistics best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese or any other Asian language would be an advantage.
