We are a regulated financial broker based in London with a large global presence, with offices in 12 countries and continued expansion plans. Our primary focus is to offer CFD's in a wide range of products including currencies, commodities and bullion with fast execution, delivered through a tailored service that is supported by an industry-leading excellent customer experience.
**About the role**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying retention opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients that demonstrate our company's products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, including retail development and customer support, to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales and business development activities, including forecasts and pipeline management.
- Call 100 leads a day.
- Help with online and offline events as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Chinese - Mandarin Mother Tongue or Professional speaker in a **MUST.**:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
