Relationship management for a group of assigned accounts and work on growing overall Client volumes across all products (Debit, Credit, Prepaid & Commercial).
Develop and maintain relationship between Visa and the clients through deep client engagements across client organization and all relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to development, production and implementation of initiatives outlined in Country and Account Plans.
Gather ongoing intelligence, monitor and analyse competitor strategies as well as to lead strategic responses in ensuring Visa's competitiveness.
Attend to all client queries and issues, and provide timely and efficient solutions.
Develop an understanding of client strengths and opportunities and partner them to maximize their business potential.
Expand the penetration of existing as well as emerging products within current and new accounts.
Contribute to the development of functional strategy.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Merchant Sales and Solutions and other functions, you will be responsible for championing and leading the product and marketing development strategy of: New product penetration within current and new accounts or.
Expanding the penetration of existing products within current and new accounts.
Focus on advocacy to lay the foundation for the next phase of growth.
Establish alliance partners (non-banks, technology service providers, merchants) and create new business opportunities for growth of Visa.
Support the execution of the country's Business Plans and ensure initiatives, budget and KPIs are consistently met.

As the electronic payments industry continues to evolve, Visa must have a strong understanding of client needs to be able to respond quickly with the right solutions and capabilities. The role plays a critical role in delivering Visa's services to clients, and ultimately is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients in Thailand. The individual will work closely with our in-market team to meet client needs by bringing the best of Visa locally, regionally, and globally.

**Projects you will be a part of**:
As part of the team, you will be given the opportunity to work on strategically important projects for clients.
As a key member of the Business Development team, you will provide the Management team with key inputs for decision-making and business performance: timely and efficient management of client sales processes, internal procurement processes and execution of identified functional plans and Visa events.
Lead the end-to-end partnership deal approval and client contract execution processes.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications.

**What you will need**:
Degree in Business Management (or similar).
Minimum 12 years Retail Banking, Cards or Consumer Financial Services experience.
Proficient in English and Thai (strong in verbal and written communication).
Excellent sales, account management, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
Strong track record of client service, strategy development and execution.
Proven ability to run, grow and protect the franchise collaboratively across functions and geographies.
Ability to adapt to market needs and lead change management in an evolving environment.
Cultural sensitivity and global mind set.
Strong interpersonal with the ability to interact with several teams simultaneously.
Good time management skills.
Possess an analytical mind - be able to analyze situations and offer solution to common problems.
Able to work on own initiative and independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**What will also help**:
Good understanding of Visa Products and services is a plus.
Strong appreciation of technology and trends.
