Manager, Head of Ce Retail Operation Management

Position Summary
This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of retail stores or chain. This role requires high leadership, strategic thinking, hands-on approach and well manners. They oversee various aspects of store operations and sell out progress of each account.
Role and Responsibilities
Business Driven Management
- Conduct performance analysis; sell out, growth, ROI. Report those to all relevant stakeholders, and drive improvement actions. This includes qualitative checks e.g. market visit report, sales results, best in class consumer experience in stores
- Create strategy that drive sell-out to for sales performance growth in each channel and accounts.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative reporting; Market sensing, Situation analysis and trends. Efficient communicate that enable to drive productivity. Consistency report & communicate to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal BU and Work with Partners and other’s stakeholders to drive best practices in Field Force Management. Excellence demonstrate in the efficiency and effectiveness of field execution.
- Create standardize and practices and consistency drive sell-out and well deliver customer experience at stores.
Operations Management
- Ensure field force execution according to company / BU guidelines; sell-out, merchandising, market sensing, competitor movement, as well as partner’s requirements.
- Develop and refresh documentation, checklists, and materials that field force can use to enhance stores execution and deliver great stores shopping experience.
- Actively work across departments e.g. Business Intelligence (BI) to ensure field force Dashboard, related internal target and direction.
People Management
- Review and update Promoters performance and field force performances. Ensure they deliver performances as assigned tasks.
- Ensure field forces clearly understand their roles and responsibilities that align with company directions.
- Conduct Manpower planning according to business timeline using data analysis defining store potential and ROI, etc.
- Set up and ensure Field Force competences as well as performance management and compensation structures to attract and retain.
- Manage and oversee Field Force work force, hiring criteria & operation process to ensure that the hiring is match with the business direction.
- Promoter Incentives; Develop and monitor performance as well as set up right target.
- Introduce and manage motivation/ incentive schemes supporting achieving country business goals and ensuring high retention levels
- Collaborate with other Head of Retails Part to ensure
- Manage new PC onboarding process and its implementation for all newcomers
- Ensure continuous learning and development on promotions updates, product knowledge, identifying needs, implementing appropriate training plans, and measuring the effectiveness.
- Ensure stores executions perfectly as planned
- Market Sensing is monitored consistency and data input correctly
