**Job Description**:
**General service sales order management (SOM) related**:
2. Processes service sales orders and ETO in SAP & resolves any electronic order fallout
3. For repairs in Germany, SSOM must prepare information and document for export and import repair unit including coordination with LOF
4. Coordinate with PUR to update status of spare part and return of repaired unit.
5. Responsible for handling goods warranty claim, tickets at CRM
6. To provide support with SOM department as a backup
**Creating list according to BOM (Bill Of Material) in SAP.**
1. Creating Operation according to Working Hour in SAP
2. Following up on status of orders from sub-supplier
3. Print Picklist in in SAP according withdrawn material from W/H
4. Complete Production order and booking transport for delivery.
**Tasks to Create Material using in Production order**
1. Request a material in SAP MANF (Product from Catalog)
2. Material Local creation (Product from Local Fabrication)
3. Material BOM creation (ATO/ETO)
**Tasks related to QMM and documentation**
1. Support all CAU and ISO audit and Support all document for Service and Application process
2. Support Manager to do or revise procedure, work instruction and form
3. Coordinate with QMM for register an update procedure, WI and Form together with be internal auditor. Moreover, support document control and Collector document for do a manual after project done and follow up invoice or payment of a customer.
Any assignment by manager from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
**1. Education**: Bachelor’s degree in related field
**2. Work Experience**: minimum 4 years in coordinator function in manufacturing and/or service would be preferred.
**3. Languages**: Good communication & Social skill in Thai and English
**4. Hardware / Software Skills**: MS office, SAP
**5. Characteristics**: Well-organized, Service mind and interpersonal characteristics, Self
- maintained and able to work in multi-cultural team and multi-task. Possess very basic technical and product knowledge in order to understand real use cases behind processes and continuously improving it.
