Consulting Business Development Lead

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Selling strategic consulting projects
- Identifying sales opportunities with new clients or carrying out upselling or cross-selling of strategic consulting services to CZ clients;
- Ongoing development of sales strategy for consulting in Asia
- Quickly grasp the essence of CZ and its clients to develop innovative and relevant solutions.
- Liaising with the consulting team at Czarnikow's headquarters in London
- Preparation of management reports and responsibility for regional budget
- Working closely with the Corporate Finance teams in Bangkok and HCMC
- Build working relationships with business unit and country managers in Asia
- Reporting to Head of Corporate Finance Asia in Bangkok
- Matrix Reporting to the Director, CZ Advisein London
We are looking for someone with the following skillset and attributes who is interested in agri-business and food, related supply chains, bio-energy and decarbonisation:

- Minimum 4 years of working experience in consulting - preferably in sales and related industries i.e. agribusiness & food / supply chains/commodities / bio-energy.
- Open to regional travel
- Business level fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Advanced communication and commercial relationship development skills (credibility with senior level executive)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-starter with the ability to use initiative for problem solving
- Resourceful, innovative and proactive
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
