Head of Loyalty Management

**Job Descriptions**:
Manage the design and execution of existing loyalty program whilst looking for opportunities to strategically develop and grow.
Deep dive into the customer database to glean insights that can be applied to drive the business. Develop customer strategies in order to improve customer data capture and optimize RFM, ATV and Customer Lifetime Value.
Manage strategic customer projects in order to deliver them on time and within budget.
Plan and execute different customer journeys in regards to the strategic target for each of the segments defined.
Align and work closely with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Product Owners, DPM, Function Leaders, Business sponsors) to ensure a customer centric and aligned design direction.
**Qualifications**:
Graduated Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Marketing, BBA, MBA, Economics or related fields.
At least 7 years of experience in CRM, Loyalty Program Management.
Experience in managing a small team.
Retail or banking experience is highly preferred.
Good at partnership management, strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
Possess can-do attitude, Leadership and motivation for success.
