**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services** function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Group Finance**

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

**Responsibilities**:
The Digital Experience and Sales position has the responsibility to drive all digital scorecards to build mobile traffic as well as develop digital sales tactics with holistic strategies to scale up Net Digital Sales volume
and revenue for unsecured, deposit, and investment businesses under PFS. Ability to improve customer journeys in a digital approach and be able to use in-depth disciplinary knowledge in digital marketing
and digital sales to optimize E2E sales funnels till conversion digitally both offline to online and online to online via on-line media, online media, and social media and build campaigns with trackable full funnels.
This role is able to manage self-assessment, support teams, and have effective project management to achieve mobile adoption campaigns, digital sales, migration, or special initiative projects, and bank-wide assessments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for initiating digital and mobile campaigns to drive new digital/mobile users and accelerate the growth of active mobile users, create mobile loyalty and improving customer onboarding digitally to achieve the target set for the year.
- Capable of planning for strategic online marketing and developing a comprehensive program to launch new mobile features and develop communication plan in collaboration with Retail Digital business.
- Be responsible for close monitoring of digital scorecard results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure all KPIs meet the monthly target.
- Have the ability to do analysis on key matrices and analyze opportunities to transform or migrate customers' interaction with off-line channels gear toward online channels.
- Partner with local marketing, the PFS Card and Retail product teams, or the respective partnership BU to drive digital sales products to scale up Sale volume in digital channels and build Digital buyers toward target sets with businesses.
- Ability to use the marketing tool to track Sales in the App and analyze data to develop sales tactics by customer segments or product preference.
- Capable of enhancing the sale journey from the starting point to full booking in order to improve campaigns effectiveness and funnel optimization.
- Responsible for developing paid media campaigns in the digital landscape, managing the effectiveness of CPA and CPC, and gaining conversions working together with counterparts and agencies.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks, own the campaign, and activities associated with program execution; ensure campaign measurement; and keep optimizing.
- Understand that you must follow the mandatory marketing scheme, internal unit processes, or department processes in order to deliver a campaign that adheres to all protocols.

**Job Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of working experience in digital adoption, e-Commerce landscape, and/or keen in digital marketing. Suitable having soft skills with professional leadership and optimistic attitude coincide with UOB Core value.
- Strong systematic thinking to pivot Data Analytic to define campaign optimization and uplift sale opportunities.
- Solid self-management and influence working partnership with stakeholders, love to work as teamwork.
- Good command in English and presentation
- Progressing/Positive attitude to solve the roadblock and able to overcome difficulty
- Good influencing skills and a proven ability to build consensus across disparate subcultures and teams within an organization
