Customer Success Associate (Vietnamese speaking)

Bangkok, Thailand (Full-time)**_ Location: Bangkok based_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from customers and freelancers.
- Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment or refund, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Screen freelancers by evaluating and approving their profile and products listing in the platform.
- Monitor and collect user behaviors, investigate cause and report directly to the management team to find the best long-term solution; either with products features or processes.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and freelancers through open and interactive communication.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Degree in related field
- Good English proficiency
- Proven excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Proven customer support experience or similar
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task and shift priorities
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on providing excellent service
- Motivated and able to thrive and think under pressure and tight deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in freelancing or Proven understanding of freelancers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
