Technology Customer Success Manager

**Key Duties Includes**
- Defining and managing KPIs for the Customer Success Department, managing a team of junior customer success people.
- Establishing strong customer relationships, understanding their goals, and guiding them towards optimal outcomes.
- Cultivating customer engagement by delivering tailored insights and showcasing software value.
- Creating training programs, workshops, and product marketing for existing clients.
- Regularly checking in with high-value customers to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities through upselling or cross-selling.
- Utilizing data insights to improve the customer experience.
- Working closely with the technology team to ensure the best technology features to improve customer experience.
- Analyzing customer queries to enhance the knowledge base and anticipate needs.
- Coordinating with product and technical teams to maintain up-to-date documentation.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Success or similar roles in B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in HubSpot Service Hub or similar tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools.
- Strong leadership skills for team management and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Thai is required.
