About the role:
As the Senior Partner in Customer Success, you will be the captain of success, navigating through responsibilities that include Customer Success activities, Account Management, and achieving outstanding outcomes.
Drive Customer Success Outcomes:
- Elevate renewal rates and bid farewell to churn
- Expand revenue through strategic cross-sell and up-sell
- Influence lifetime value via enhanced product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Propel new business growth through advocacy and reference-ability
- Define and Optimize Customer Lifecycle
Chart the customer journey:
- Establish key touchpoints for continuous improvement (e.g., usage, satisfaction)
- Standardize interventions for every stage of the journey
- Segment the customer base and devise customized strategies
- Uncover opportunities for continuous enhancement
Manage Customer Success Activities:
- Navigate the onboarding voyage
- Provide training and professional services
- Ensure top-notch customer support
- Master the art of Customer Success Management
- Seal the deal on renewals and drive cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
- Foster customer advocacy
Skills & Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in hospitality, travel technology space
- In-depth knowledge of hotel distribution technology, including OTAs, GDS, and content.
- Possess the ability to manage, influence, and build consensus through persuasion.
- Ideally, a background that seamlessly blends post-sale and sales experience, complemented by a strong commercial acumen.
- Able to decipher commercial contracts and navigate through legal clauses.
- Customer Obsession coupled with a burning passion for revenue and growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to captivate your audience.
