Key Account Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Maintains and develops business with the assigned accounts.
- Manage overall service quality for the assigned accounts, through effective communication with internal & external parties.
- Organize the information flow within the BLX network (Concerto).
- Target continuous improvement of customer satisfaction from the assigned accounts.
- Closely work with Global/Regional managers to have global overview and knowledge of the key account business potentials.
- Support Global/Regional managers as well as overseas branch to win more business from upcoming RFQs, by sharing hot buttons / pain points / other key information gained by local contacts.
- Regularly visit the assigned accounts to ensure customers have chance to share service comments through business review, and new business opportunity to BLX.
- Through own connection, knowledge and business reference, develop 3-5 new accounts for the company, every year.
- Update weekly sales report (sales activity, quotation upload, traffic create).
- Comply with Quality Management System to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual budget
**Requirements**:
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**
- Minimum in Bachelor Degree in any related discipline (BADM, International Business)
- Working in Sales function in Freight Forwarding Industry at least 5 years
- Knowledge of international business and cargo handling will be advantaged
- Team Management experience 3 years
- Knowledge in Thai Freight Forwarding Business especially on Airfreight
- Experience in Management position with Multinational freight forwarded 5 years
- Good interpersonal & relations with all levels
- Good English communication and presentation skills
- Good selling and negotiating skills
- Good experience in import & export forwarding industry
