**Key accountabilities**:
1) Key Objectives
- Act as the central point of HR Professional for day-to-day employee questions, providing assistance with various HR services in timely and accurate manner.
- Provide support to HR Lead in formulates and implements the country HR strategy in line with business and HR strategies/ guidelines.
- Update HR reports on a monthly basis to provide accurate metrics to support people analytics, as well as maintain up-to-date people information

2) Key Duties:
2.1) HR Admins
- Coordinate and assist HR Lead to ensure consistency of HR&C standard and adherence to rules and regulations.
- Connects and participate with external bodies/ communities to ensure the organization’s compliance with the latest legislation for HR&C management.
- Responsible for specific liaison, special projects and assigned with global and C&S HR&C Office

2.2) Legal & Registation
- Provides legal expertise, support, and advice on matters related to labour legislation and labour relations practices.
- Stay up to date and document all labor laws and situations in Vietnam.
- Monitor, review and update to ensure that internal rules and regulations comply with all laws (labour laws etc.)

2.3) P&R Admins
- Researches and collects local compensation trends information, share with HR Lead and P&R team on the summaries of compensation trends to help optimize compensation & rewards for competitive landscape.
- Answer day-to-day questions regarding benefits, claims resolution issues or escalate to other HR&C as needed

2.4) Recrutiment & Onbaord
- Perform initial phone screens and in-person interview and assist in the preparation of offer letters, agreements, and all other relevant new hire documents.
- Implements, and manages effective procedures for employee orientation and initial training of new employees, ensuring on timely and accurate instruction needed regarding to term of employment

2.5) Employee Relationships
- Maintain good relationships across the business, by addending regular meetings with the various business departments, builds, and develops relationships with the leaders and employees.
- To support in guiding of Pandora HR&C global practices of employee engagement survey, employees wellbing, HR policy and guidelines.
- Other task as assign i.e. Maintaining files, keep tracking claims, employees benefits, monitor stationary inventory and place orders, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- At least a bachelor’s degree or advance in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations, Business or any other related field,
- To demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a HR position, preferably working familiar in manufacturing and production plant,
- Appraoable with good interpersonal relationship skill,
- Able to multitask when applicable,
- Good knowledge of Labor Law and Legislation,
- Ability to deal with highly sensitive and personal information in a confidential manner,
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver work while handling both volume and complexity,
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change,
- Is smart about other people; has an ability to lead, manage, motivate,
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization
- Must be proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of not only visually but verbally engaging materials, reports, presentations, and proposals for leaders, stakeholders as well as supporting,
- Good English and self-confident,
- Good communication, to constant interactions with employees and leaders throughout the business and, therefore, communication skills are an absolute necessity,
- Some travel can be required.
