**Primary Job Function**
Process direct orders to end customer and orders to distributors and collaborate with warehouse for deliver product to end user
**Core Job Responsibilities**
- Back up direct billing process
- Process CN and other related adjustment
- Coordinate between sales and distributors regarding to order issues
- Maintain and update country and customer process records
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date
- Process/monitor FOC for sales and services team
- Monitor and coordinate with sales related to service charge
- Coordinate with RA to provide reports as request
- Coordinate order and billing for Myanmar distributors
- Process order eIMR both RAP and sales for AMB and AC team
- Process Power of Attorney letter and company document for submit direct tender
- Work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
**Educational/Qualifications/Experience**
- Graduate level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Hard working and good service mind and teamwork
- Good oral and written English communication skills
