DUTIES:
Business Development Duties
- Data analysis as supervisor’s assignment and report to supervisor and related members
- Monthly, half year, yearly report and review with team members in analysis of key variance versus planning and actual, with
focus on revenue, key profit &lost, book value and accounts receivable.
- Involve with management for defining short (1 year) / middle (2-3 years) / long term (5 years) strategies for
sustainable business growth in order to expand CNC business opportunities.
- Plan and arrange any business events, seminar, exhibition to make clients more understand about CNC products and services
in order to take new clients opportunities.
- Summarize promotion activities and seminar, exhibition and further CNC activities
with related to sales promotion plan to supervisor and manager.
- Flexible to improve CNC activities based on actual internal and external factors by using marketing tools e.g. SWOT, PDCA
- Keep reporting and sharing opinions with related CNC members and supervisor for enhance CNC market and promotion activities.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel (VBA and Macro), Power point.
- Have responsibility for working on the department’s goal.
- Love to learn new things & logical thinking

CRM
- Improve work processes of team members and customer relationship for more work efficiency though ERP and PDCA cycles
- Utilize ERP system (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, others) for CRM control database in order to enhance both Front and Back operations
(Data base e.g. Customers, Machine, Oversea initial & EWC Warranty, Engineer Assignment, Repair operation, Inventory Control)
(Operation: Front - reception, engineer assignment, call center / Back: inventory control, part moving, machine list, warranty)

Warranty data controller
- Control, and issue warranty note & invoice to oversea or domestic users by following the schedule in each service agreement.
- Always updates warranty list into data base and analyze data for any business purposes and and development opportunities.
- Review business contracts by cooperated with internal legal and related parties
to ensure that the terms are fair and have no potential risks

NC Sales controller
- Cooperate with NC sales members and clients for issue quotation, follow PO, issue sales sheet,
- delivery order, invoice and warranty note.
- Monthly report, Half year report, Yearly report of NC sales activities, result and opportunities.

EWC (Extended warranty contract)
- Analyze and control Extended Warranty Contract (EWC) activities e.g. contract, sales VS claim results, and promotion tools.
- Generating ideas to improve sales teams performance and develop sales programs
- Arrange any business events, seminar, trade shows and exhibitions.
- Can go to outside for visiting customers for promote EWC program.

Min Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics or any relate field
At least 3-5 years of experience in business fields (marketing, business development, value chain, economic)
Able to communicate well in English (Business level, TOEIC 700+)

Experiences:
Experience in ERP (ASTEA or DOLPHIN, NetSuite, SAP) would be an advantage.

Skills:
Able to communicate well in English (Business level, TOEIC 700+)
Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 will be advantage)
Excel (VBA, MACRO)
Data analysis skills &Collaboration skills
